A defence lawyer for one of the men suggested Monday that the sexual activity was “rough and forceful” but consensual after a woman testified she was sexually assaulted by two men while intoxicated and possibly drugged over the course of several hours in a bar on College St.

The complainant, who testified by video clip from another available space into the courthouse, securely rejected this. She repeated that she could just remember “bits and pieces” of this evening and rejected the defence lawyer’s assertion that she really possessed a fairly good memory for the sexual intercourse that happened.

Enzo DeJesus Carrasco, 34, and Gavin MacMillan, 44, have both pleaded not liable to fees of gang assault that is sexual forcible confinement and drugging with intent to overcome. DeJesus Carrasco has pleaded not liable to two extra costs of intimate attack. All of the fees are connected to one complainant.

The jury has heard MacMillan had been who owns the university Street Bar and DeJesus Carrasco ended up being the supervisor.
